Spindle and screws are included.

The handles are handed and sprung.

For handing, the outside handle has no screws showing (i.e  For security, two bolts screws through the backplate of the inside door handle and bolt  to the outside backplate).

Looking inside out, the handle shown is a Right hand and fits on a door hinge on the left opening towards or away from you.

N.B The lever of the handle is the part you hold to open and close the door. The backplate is the part the screws fasten to.
